LGBTQ Pride Month is here! Every year during June, many games hold special pride events, donate to LGBTQ organizations, and release in-game cosmetic items and outfits to celebrate the strength and resilience of the LGBTQ community. Players won’t want to miss out on the exciting new content and exclusive deals that this Pride Month has to offer. Not sure where to start? Here are just a few of the video games and developers that are taking this year’s Pride Month to the next level:
Blizzard Pride Collection 2025 – benefitting GLAAD

This year, GLAAD is thrilled to partner with Blizzard Entertainment for the company’s annual Pride Month merch collection! Featuring beloved franchises like Warcraft, Diablo, Overwatch, and – to the delight of many fans – StarCraft and Heroes of the Storm, these Pride-themed designs created by Blizzard’s LGBT+ Employee Network are a great way to showcase both your fandom and your Pride this summer. Check out the Blizzard Gear shop to snag a shirt or hoodie, with all proceeds going to GLAAD to support our critical work to accelerate LGBTQ acceptance through games and other media. This limited-time collection won’t last long, so make sure to grab a shirt or hoodie of your choice before Pride Month ends.
Subway Surfers

The team behind Subway Surfers has long championed the LGBTQ community, and their 2025 Pride Month celebration shows just how passionate they are about creating a game for everyone to enjoy. Hit the beaches of Barcelona in a limited-time summer event and unlock Berta, a fan-created surfer whose colorful, eclectic style is all about living loud and inspiring queer joy. The fun doesn’t stop there – by heading to the official Subway Surfers Instagram, players can snag a free Pride-themed frame to customize their own profile and rock the rainbow all year long. Most importantly, SYBO, the studio behind Subway Surfers, has pledged a portion of proceeds generated during Subway Surfers’ Pride season to Allies in Arts, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the education and success of women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ people pursuing a career in the arts. Subway Surfers is proof that games can be inclusive, fun, and supportive, with Pride initiatives that make an impact all year long.

It’s time to log in and lock in because Pride Month is returning to Overwatch 2. Not only is the Pride Parade version of the Midtown map back in the Quickplay and Competitive map rotation, but it also has its own dedicated Arcade mode for players to check out the limited-time colorful changes. Players who log into the game by June 30th will also receive two free goodies: a gay pride flag-themed skin for Soldier 76 and a rainbow smoke bomb emote. In addition to in-game celebrations, Blizzard Entertainment also published a short story featuring Soldier 76’s relationship with his ex-boyfriend in a heartfelt – and heartwrenching – look at what brought them together and what eventually pulled them apart. For those inspired to create art of their own, fans are invited to submit their original fanart to display on the Blizzard campus to celebrate Pride.
Warframe
Warframe is celebrating Pride Month in a big way, giving players an action-packed June to look forward to. The studio behind Warframe, Digital Extremes, kicked off Pride Month with a donation to Rainbow Railroad, a non-profit organization that assists LGBTQ people with finding safety and support. As a long-time supporter of the LGBTQ community, this sci-fi shooter is also shining a spotlight on LGBTQ Warframe creators with a series of Twitch streams all throughout June. Head to their 2025 Pride Month blog for the complete schedule and tune in to earn in-game loot. In addition to these exclusive Twitch drops, players can also pick up exclusive Pride-themed items in the Warframe market, including a new Pride Glyph, Pride Qorvex Fusion Display, and Pride Oro Decoration. Whether you’re picking up vibrant new decorations or watching Pride Month streams, Warframe is making it easier than ever to celebrate Pride in-game and beyond.
Carmen Sandiego
Carmen Sandiego might be a world-famous super thief, but the Pride FestiVILE event has definitely stolen June’s spotlight. New Orleans was gearing up for a colorful Pride Month when operatives at the Villains International League of Evil started stealing pride parade float decorations. But hope is not lost, and with your help, the festivities can still be saved. Pride FestiVILE is a limited-time celebration where players are invited to complete Pride-themed quests, explore a rainbow flag-filled city, and even learn Pride-related trivia. Just logging in will net players a beachwear skin as a thanks for their support, but those who complete the Pride FestiVILE event will also receive a free Pride-theme outfit. Channel your inner detective in Carmen Sandiego and join the chase by July 6th to keep the Pride spirit alive.
Riot Games

Pride Month events are a staple at Riot Games and this year brings exciting new content to League of Legends, Valorant, Teamfight Tactics, and more. In a blog post titled “Celebrating Pride In Game and Out”, Riot Games gives a detailed rundown of all the new emotes and weapon charms that players can claim in their favorite title during June. Missed Pride Month cosmetics from previous years? They have you covered with the return of past Pride content such as TF and Graves card backs in Legends of Runeterra and emotes featuring K’Sante, Vi, and TF and Graves in League of Legends. In games like Wild Rift, fans can even play a curated Pride-themed minigame where they’re tasked with getting poros – mysterious, but adorable woodland creatures – ready for their upcoming Pride party. To top things off, Riot Games also pledged a generous donation to oSTEM, an organization that empowers LGBTQ people interested in pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
