GLAAD interviewed students at three colleges about what qualities in a person make them a good LGBT ally. Students offered examples of when allies helped them and provided ways for people to become better allies to the LGBT community. The video is part of GLAAD's #GotYourBack campaign, which provides a space for LGBT people and allies to affirm their support for the LGBT community.
