VIDEO: Gideon Raff and Ori Pfeffer talk gay character on USA's DIG

This week on GLAAD's video series, GLAAD: All Access, host Claire Pires interviews Gideon Raff, openly gay creator of USA's TV series DIG, and Ori Pfeffer, who plays Detective Golan Cohen on the series.

USA's DIG is a thriller and six-part series that takes place in Jerusalem starring Jason Isaacs. Isaacs plays FBI agent Peter Connolly who investigates the murder of an American in Jerusalem only to discover an international conspiracy thousands of years in the making.

In this interview, Raff talks openly about why he decided to make Golan gay, and Pfeffer talks about how he approached the role. Both guests discussed the intersection of religion and LGBT issues as Golan's character struggles with this conflict throughout the series.

DIG airs Thursdays at 10/9c on USA. More information here.
