This past weekend Chicago hosted the second annual Trans 100, an event that recognizes 100 transgender people working who have worked towards the advancement of the transgender community. Trans*H4ck also worked in partnership with this yearsTrans 100 to acknowledge transgender people's contribution to the tech industry.
"Trans* H4CK radically shifts the ways trans people live by creating technology that economically empowers, improves access to social services, promotes gender safety and community sustainability, while bringing visibility to trans* led startups," according to a statement released by Trans 100 and Trans* H4CK.
