Judge will hear arguments regarding Michigan's ban on LGBT marriage and adoption
Equality Michigan is hoping for, what could be, a historic day for their state. U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman is expected to hear arguments and possibly issue a ruling as early as tomorrow, on whether Michigan's 2004 ban on marriage equality violates the U.S. Constitution.
