Viacom -- its channels including MTV, Logo, and VH1 -- and stars like Laverne Cox will show their support for LGBT youth on Spirit Day, with the help of groundbreaking advocates Edie Windsor and Roberta Kaplan this Thursday. It will be hard to miss Viacom's "spirit" on October 16.

"Faking It" adds recurring lesbian character, Laverne Cox to guest star

According to 'The Hollywood Reporter,' season 2 of MTV's 'Faking It' will see the addition of a new recurring lesbian character named Reagan to the show's cast. What's more, actress, producer and trans advocate Laverne Cox will also join Hester High in a guest starring role.
