    Download the guide on how your business can get involved and take action to support Spirit Day

  3. Join the official #spiritday event on Facebook

    Join the official Spirit day event on Facebook and invite your employees

  4. Share the Spirit Day Kit with your employees

    The Spirit Day Resource Kit will help your employees engage the participation of their friends, colleagues, local media and public officials. Share it with them so they can get involved in ways that work best for them.

  5. Encourage your employees to download the Spirit Day app to their smartphones

    A special Spirit Day app is coming soon for iPhone and Android.

  6. Consider donating to the Spirit Day Fund

    The Spirit Day Fund was established to support GLAAD's year-round efforts to combat bullying, support lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) youth and garner support for and participation in the annual Spirit Day in October. Help GLAAD keep the Spirit alive by donating to the Spirit Day Fund today!

  7. Go purple for Spirit Day on 10/15

    Set a reminder for your company to go purple on Spirit Day. This can include turning your social media channels purple, encouraging employees to wear purple, and more. Be sure to download the guide for lots of ideas and feel free to create your own.
