  1. Sign up to be a Spirit Day participant

    Visit our Spirit Day participant page and sign up your organization to be an official participant in Spirit Day

  2. Tell your members about #spiritday on Facebook and Twitter

    Use your Facebook, Twitter and other social media resources to inform your members and supporters about Spirit Day and what they can do to participate

  3. Join the official #spiritday event on Facebook

    Join the official #SpiritDay event on Facebook and invite your members and supporters to do the same.

  4. Share the Spirit Day Kit with your members

    The Spirit Day Resource Kit will help you and your engage the participation of your members and supporters.

  5. Download the Spirit Day app

    A special Spirit Day app is coming soon for iPhone and Android. Encourage your members and supporters to download it and use it take action

  6. Get Educated

    Spirit Day isn't just about going purple. It's about educating adults and youth alike about the dangers of LGBT bullying. Download our anti-bullying resource kit to find out how you can educate your members and supporters.

  7. Go purple now for Spirit Day

    Set a reminder for your organization to go purple on Spirit Day. This can include turning your social media channels purple, encouraging your members and supporters to wear purple, and more. Be sure to download the guide for lots of ideas and feel free to create your own.
