The documentary, which was produced and hosted by Cox, takes an intersectional look at the lives of seven transgender youth across America, and will be simulcast on MTV and Logo on October 17 at 7:00pm EST. Immediately following the documentary, Cox and MTV News' SuChin Pak will host an hour long Trans Forum airing on Logo TV and streaming on MTV.com.

Miss J gives select contestants a private runway session to practice ahead of fashion week where they must book shows with different designers. Later, a shoot for a new hair product causes tempers to flare and contestants cause a scene.

One of John's neighbors passes away and, as a tribute, John decides to use the man's jokes in Lou's monologue.

Emily feels unstable in her position after she gets a piece of shocking news. Victoria continues to manipulate David and Emily doesn't know how to react to the hardened and bitter father she has back.
