Kara's family uses their influence to move her to the top of the transplant list, but miss the obvious way to move her up. Meanwhile, Jordi's surgery takes a surprising turn and Leo has a meltdown.

Scarlett takes a road trip home, Juliette auditions for a film biopic and Rayna has to choose between two men and the two different life paths she is facing.
