At Saturday's 27th Annual GLAAD Media Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, singer/actress Demi Lovato performed her hit song "Stone Cold" Watch the video now:

Lovato was also presented the Vanguard Award by her friend Nick Jonas. GLAAD's Vanguard Award is presented to media professionals who have made a significant difference in promoting equality and acceptance.
