Must-See LGBTQ TV: New episode of 'Star Trek: Discovery' and series premiere of 'B Positive'

New CBS comedy B Positive premieres on Tuesday. The show follows a divorced father who needs a kidney and finds his donor in the last person he ever would've imagined. The show features Norma, a woman finally coming out in a nursing home, and out actor Darryl Stevens as a Gideon, a nurse with dreams of acting. B Positive: Tuesday, 8:30 on CBS.

A new episode of Star Trek: Discovery airs on Thursday on CBS All Access. In the new episode, Burnham and Adira visit the Trill homeworld while Saru's efforts on the Discovery to help the crew reconnect yield surprises. Star Trek: Discovery: Thursday, on CBS All Access.
