Must See LGBTQ TV: 'Naked Truth: Queer China' documentary, season premiere of 'I Am Jazz,' and the return of 'Doubt"

On Sunday, Fusion is airing a documentary that focuses on the experience of being queer in China. The Naked Truth: China Queer is a culmination of almost two years of reporting from Fusion's investigative team. The documentary explores LGBTQ activism, forced conversion therapy, the process of coming out, and censorship of queer art among other themes. It's an intimate and personal look into the struggles faced today by the LGBTQ community in China. The Naked Truth: China Queer: Sunday, 9pm on Fusion.

The groundbreaking and GLAAD Award Winning reality show I Am Jazz is back for its third season this Wednesday on TLC. The series follows Jazz Jennings and her family as she navigates life as a transgender teen girl. Season three will cover her attempting to begin the process of bottom surgery, being put in the political spotlight, and of course, the quintessential teen experience of learning to drive. I Am Jazz: Wednesday, 10pm on TLC.

The first season of Danger & Eggs, a new animated all-ages series will be released in full on Amazon Prime on Friday. Danger & Eggs follows the endless adventures of a fearless, teal-haired girl named D.D. Danger  and her ever cautious best friend, a giant talking egg named Phillip. The show will feature LGBTQ content, with the finale set at pride, and the theme of chosen family present throughout. Danger and Eggs: Saturday, on Amazon. 

The unfortunately canceled Doubt on CBS will air their remaining episodes over the summer starting this Saturday. The series follows a group of lawyers at a boutique law firm. One of these lawyers is Cameron Wirth (Laverne Cox), a transgender Ivy League graduate who fights passionately for her clients. Over the course of the series, other transgender actresses Alexandra Grey, Jen Richards, and Angelica Ross will guest star. Doubt: Saturday, 8pm on CBS.
