Must-See LGBTQ TV: Final season of 'Orange is the New Black' and season two of 'Light as a Feather'

The seventh and final season of GLAAD Media Award recipient Orange is the New Black will be released on Netflix this Friday. The final season will follow the repercussions of the last season, with Piper being released from prison, and Taystee serving a life sentence. Several of the shows fan-favorite queer characters will return in season seven. Orange is the New Black: Friday, on Netflix.

Hulu’s horror series Light as a Feathers will return for its second season this Friday on Hulu. The show follows three teen girls who unknowingly release a curse in a game of “Light as a Feather.” One of the main trio is lesbian character Alex. In the second season, having inherited the curse brought on by the lethal game of “Light as a Feather,” McKenna finds herself plagued by the mysterious chrysalis on her back, a ticking clock compelling her to play a new round of the game.
