Must-See LGBTQ TV: Documentary 'The Legend of the Underground' and series finale of 'The Bold Type'

HBO Documentary The Legend of the Underground airs on Tuesday. The doc follows struggle against rampant discrimination in Nigeria today, as seen through the lens of several bold and charismatic, non-conformist youth who fight to live out loud. Through bold creativity they work to spark a cultural revolution that would challenge the ideals of gender, conformity, and civil rights in Nigeria. The Legend of the Underground: Tuesday, 9pm on HBO.

The series finale of Freeform’s The Bold Type airs Wednesday. After a season of big changes and hard decisions, the future looks bright for the women of The Bold Type, but it's always full of surprises.
