Must-See LGBTQ TV: The 60th annual Grammy Awards, 'Step Up: High Water' premiere and more!

The 60th Annual Grammy Awards air on Sunday, live from New York. LGBTQ nominees include out songwriter and GLAAD Board Member Justin Tranter for writing Julia Michael’s “Issues,” which is nominated for song of the year. GLAAD Media Award-nominees Kesha and Kehlani both received nominations as well as bisexual singer Lady Gaga, and out country songwriter Shane McAnally. For the list of LGBTQ nominees, click here! There will also be several LGBTQ performers at the ceremony including Miley Cyrus, Elton John, Kesha, Lady Gaga and Sam Smith. The 60th Annual Grammy Awards: Sunday, 5pm PT/8pm ET on CBS.

The YouTube Red Original series Step Up: High Water premieres Wednesday on the streaming platform. The show is a continuation of the dance movie franchise, and is set in Atlanta, Georgia where several students attend a contemporary performing arts school. The series will delve into their personal lives as well, including one of the main characters embarking on a relationship with another man. Step Up: High Water will explore that relationship as well as other important topics. Step Up: High Water: Wednesday, on YouTube Red.
