Must-See LGBT TV 12/27-1/2: NYE specials, 'Mozart in the Jungle' returns

On Wednesday, the second season of Amazon's original scripted drama Mozart of the Jungle premieres in full. The series follows the members of the New York Symphony, including bisexual cellist Cynthia (Saffron Burrows). You can catch up on season one on Amazon now. If you'll be home on New Year's Eve, check out some of the inclusive options among this year's batch of celebration specials. Anderson Cooper will reunite with Kathy Griffin for CNN's New Year's Eve Live, Andy Cohen will join New Year's Eve with Carson Daly on NBC, FOX's Pitbull's New Year's Eve Revolution will include performances by out Empire star Jussie Smollett and Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve (ABC) will include a performance from the acapella group Pentatonix.
