Isis King Makes Her Acting Debut in Hello Forever

Model Isis King can add acting to her resume as she makes her debut in Hello Forever, a film about hardships faced by four Filipina women and their journey to overcome poverty. In the film Isis, who was the first transgender woman to appear on the CW's America's Next Top Model, plays Rommy, a transgender Filipina woman.

Award-winning director Peter Kirk was visiting family in the Philippines and became interested in portraying struggling women’s roles in the nation.  The film approaches the subjects of poverty, corruption and single motherhood and shines a light on human trafficking and sexual exploitation.
