'Glee’ stars Naya Rivera and Cory Monteith have signed on to host this year’s GLAAD Media Awards in New York! Naya, who plays Santana on the two-time GLAAD Media Award-winning series, is no stranger to the GLAAD Awards stage, having hosted last year’s ceremonies in San Francisco.
Cory and Naya join the ranks of Ted Allen, Ellen Barkin, Kim Cattrall, Laverne Cox, Dakota Fanning, Vinny Guadagnino, Megan Hilty, Isis King, Carson Kressley, Padma Lakshmi, Jay Manuel, Martha Plimpton, Thomas Roberts, Kim Wayans, and others also attending the show in New York, which helps fund GLAAD’s work to share culture-changing stories that build support for equality. Famed producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron will receive the Vito Russo Award, presented annually to an openly LGBT media professional who has made a significant difference in promoting LGBT equality (For nominees and ticket information, click here.)
