Today, recording artist Thomas Orlina released the music video for his recently released pop dance anthem, “Brush It Off.”

Check out the exclusive premiere below and here:

As an openly gay Filipino-American emerging pop recording artist, influencer, and advocate, Thomas Orlina is using his voice to promote messages of love, acceptance, and inclusivity to a global audience. Throughout the video, several moments draw attention to important social justice issues and groups, including the #StopAsianHate movement, the #BlackLivesMatter movement, the LGBTQ community, and mental health awareness. The video intends to celebrate unity and togetherness, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic during which many have lost loved ones, faced mental health issues and financial hardship, and more.

GLAAD also supported the “Brush It Off” video by providing some of the organization’s merch, which is featured throughout.

According to Orlina, the “Brush It Off” sound was produced and inspired by Lady Gaga's Chromatica album, Justin Bieber's Changes album, and Britney Spears. It's a pop dance song anthem that is intended to empower and uplift those people who need it more than ever.

"When I first developed the concept for my music video 'Brush It Off,' I knew I wanted to include and represent the LGBTQIA community. I was grateful to find out that GLAAD was open to being a part of this project that was intended to touch the lives of so many people," Orlina exclusively told GLAAD.

“Brush It Off,” co-written by Orlina, is available to stream now. Follow Orlina’s social media everywhere @thomasorlina and visit his website thomasorlina.com to keep up with all things Thomas Orlina.
