Increasing awareness and visibility of the transgender community has improved the lives of real trans people, right here, right now. #TransWeek is dedicated to help raise the visibility of transgender people and address the issues the community faces. From gender-affirming photos to coming out posts, one of our favorite parts of #TransWeek is the many trans people taking the time to celebrate themselves and their friends.
Take a look at these moving posts from the trans community this #TransWeek.

Ive been out for 3 years and while I still struggle sometimes, I can genuinely say that without accepting myself as a trans man I would not be alive today. I wouldnt be able to be comfortable & happy w/ myself like I am in these pics. Im proud to be trans pic.twitter.com/Q4FmuKjkbz
