1) Gleeks needing a fix before the show begins its third season this fall need look no further than their local multiplex this weekend. Glee: The 3-D Concert Movie opens this weekend for a two-week run. In addition to footage from their live concerts, the film also includes testimonials from die-hard fans, including one young man who was inspired to come out of the closet after watching Kurt's storyline unfold on the show. Lifetime's Project Runway won the GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding Reality Program this year, largely thanks to designer Mondo Guerra, who came out as HIV Positive while competing on the the show. Now he and twelve other previous contestants will return for the first ever edition of Project Runway: All Stars, set to premiere later this year. Joining Guerra for the sartorial shenanigans will be fellow out designers and fan-favorites Austin Scarlett, Jerell Scott, Anthony Williams, Michael Costello, and Rami Kashou. No exact premiere date has yet been announced.

3) Modern Family's Jesse Tyler Ferguson is among the impressive list of guest stars for the upcoming 42nd season of PBS' childhood institution Sesame Street, which will also feature Emma Stone, Bruno Mars, and Justice Sonia Sotomayor after the show returns September 26. That's as good an excuse as any to feature a few of the pics Ferguson tweeted from the set in April. Ferguson's real-life boyfriend Justin Mikita appears in the Elmo Attacks picture.

4) Out pop-star Adam Lambert recently received VH1's Behind the Music treatment, in which the singer discussed feeling compelled to remain quiet about his sexual orientation while competing on American Idol. This Sunday, another pop icon discusses the difficulties of living a closeted life in the public eye. Superstar Ricky Martin reveals how confusing it was trying to maintain a straight public persona in this preview clip for EW.com, as well as falling in love with a radio disc jockey.

5) Among a number of promising new documentary projects in the works, Taking a Chance on God tells the story of a pioneering gay priest from the 1970's named John McNeill, who was instrumental in reaching out to religious institutions on behalf of the LGBT community in the first years of post-Stonewall advocacy. The film reached its Kickstarter goal in May, but you can still visit the page or watch the trailer below:
