I guess if you Googled us so much would come up...it has been a rollercoaster ride for the past 6 years, but wouldn't trade it for the world!  M. Michael & J. Prentiss & A. Prentiss When did you know that your significant other was the person you wanted to share your life with? I have known her for a long time.  Long before we were partners or girlfriends, we were friends with a special connection.  We always shared a love of poetry, philosiphy, having fun and a lot more.  When the time came that we were both ready, it was an easy decision to be together in a committed sense. Horton & Billy What is the best thing about being in a relationship? Having someone who can finish your sentence.  Having someone who knows when you are hurting-physically or emotionally, without you having to bring it up.  Having someone that accept life's disappointments without it having an effect on the stability of the relationship.  Having someone who is willing to forgive, even tho' the hurt we've inflicted runs deep.  Having someone who considers your very life more important than their own.  Having someone who walks with you down the corridor of a hospital and kisses you and says they will be there when you come out of surgery and you know they will.  Having someone stay with you when the "looks" and the "figure" are gone.  Knowing that your life's partner has wanted the relationship to last as much as you have. R. A. & R.C. Jernigan What makes your relationship special? I have a husband who actually lets me know that I am a worthwhile human being, who supports and actually accompanies me to events where we can both be politically active. I have a wonderful family (with a few noted exceptions, of course), and a host of friends. Also, since my husband is a Lubavitcher rabbi, he has helped me find my Jewish roots. We will be working on tracing my family tree next.
