In what has become MTV tradition, the network is busting out all of the purple for this year's Spirit Day. Their shows, stars and on-air logos are all sporting their best shade of purple to stand up against bullying of LGBT youth.
Viacom and its channels, including MTV, Logo TV, VH1, TV Land, BET, Tr3s, Comedy Central, and CMT, thoroughly rocked purple on air and off for LGBT youth in a strong stand against bullying for GLAAD's Spirit Day yesterday.
Viacom -- its channels including MTV, Logo, and VH1 -- and stars like Laverne Cox will show their support for LGBT youth on Spirit Day, with the help of groundbreaking advocates Edie Windsor and Roberta Kaplan this Thursday. It will be hard to miss Viacom's "spirit" on October 16.
Viacom networks BET, CMT, Logo, MTV, TeenNick, TV Land and VH1 are going purple once again this Thursday, October 17 for #SpiritDay in a stand against bullying and to show their support for LGBT youth.
