Louisiana governor protects LGBT state workers while two harmful anti-LGBT bills are considered
While Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards issued an executive order banning discrimination against LGBT people who work for state government, two bills, SB 288 and HB 597, continue to progress in legislation.

Dangerous and discriminatory South Carolina bill heads to hearing
Tomorrow, South Carolina SB 1203 will head to hearing within the state senate. This bill comes following similar discriminatory bills being passed in North Carolina and Mississippi, among others.
