Ask Pepperdine University to Recognize LGBT Student Club

At Pepperdine University, administrators have refused to officially recognize the school's only LGBT club, Reach OUT. Members of the club have started a petition on Change.org in hopes of persuading university officials to reconsider this discriminatory policy.

College Athletes Step Up as Allies

Student athletes are stepping up to the plate, so to speak, to take a stand for LGBT equality. Recently, Whitman College in Walla Walla, Wash., became the first Athlete Ally Ambassador School in the Northwest Conference.
