Gallup, using a worldwide poll, found that 28% of adults describe their areas as "a good place" to live as an openly gay or lesbian person, based on hospitable attitudes in 123 countries.

Canadian Olympic luger comes out as gay
Canadian Olympic luger, John Fennell, is the latest athlete to come out as gay. The 19-year old did an interview with the Calgary Herald, in which he called being closeted, "suffocating."
