As health insurance expansion begins under the Affordable Care Act, the collaborative effort Out2Enroll seeks to educate LGBT people about their options. However, as Scout, the Director of the Network for LGBT Health Equity, points out, transgender people may not be receiving the resources they need to navigate the healthcare system effectively.
To help inform the LGBT community about new coverage options in the Affordable Care Act, the Center for American Progress, the Sellers Dorsey Foundation, and the Federal Agencies Project will announce the launch of a new campaign, called Out2Enroll.
