National People of Color Media Institute

GLAAD's 2012-2013 GLAAD People of Color Media Institute Participants are listed below. GLAAD's People of Color Media Institute, funded by the Arcus Foundation and created specifically for people of color who are LGBT or LGBT allies, consisted of a two-day, training program in New York (August 24-26, 2012) and Los Angeles (September 7-9, 2012), where GLAAD staff, leading journalists and national spokespeople developed best practices for on-camera and radio interviews.
