Welcome to GLAAD's Monitor & Mobilize program. Monitor & Mobilize volunteers work closely with the GLAAD Regional Media Manager in their area to monitor local television, newspaper and/or radio programming. The program combines online technology with grassroots activism to allow volunteers to report and act on defamation in all forms of local and regional media. Monitor & Mobilize volunteers receive training in media monitoring, identifying defamation, writing letters to editor and reaching out to local media outlets.
