HANIFAH WALIDAH is an international recording artist who has performed at Lolapalooza and founded the Boom Poetic showcase to explore the organic fusion of hip hop and prose. Artists deriving from the Boom Poetic: The Roots, Rahzel, Antipop Consortium. When not performing music, she's featuring in her one-woman show BLACK FOLKS GUIDE TO BLACK FOLKS. The GUIDE has been commissioned by the 4th Annual NYC Hip Hop Theater Festival, Harvard, Stanford, Depaul, The SF international Arts Festival and the SF Queer Arts Festival.

One of the most dynamic prophets of her generation, D'LO has used her artistic prowess to communicate a global message of enlightened hope throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Citing both music and comedy as universal languages, she has adopted them both in the creation of a message-oriented art - her own unique contribution to the creation of beauty amongst societal chaos.

LORI JENAIRE is rapidly carving her niche in the world of neo-jazz/soul. The name and sound of this Chicago native may not yet be familiar, but various projects that have been blessed with her creativity have taken the music industry by storm. In addition to being an accomplished vocalist, Lori is an outstanding songwriter and a talented musician who is skillful on the guitar, bass and piano. Her voice has been featured in jingles for Coca-Cola, GM and United Way.

BUTCHLALIS DE PANOCHTITLAN is a strangely dangerous and outrageous troop of butch women with an uncanny gift for channeling both characters and caricatures. Butchlalis offers unapologetic and unflinching views into the world of Latina butches. They perform to sold-out audiences at Highways Performance Space in Santa Monica, California every other month.
