Washington Senate Needs Two More Votes for Marriage

The Washington state Senate needs two more votes to have enough support to pass marriage equality. An undecided Democrat said today that she is committing her vote to approve marriage for same-sex couples in the state, which leaves the senate with 23 supportive votes.
