Wash. Has Enough Votes to Pass Marriage Equality

Washington state Sen. Mary Margaret Haugen on Monday said she would support the state's marriage equality legislation. Haugen's announcement gives the legislation, which is already expected to pass the state House, enough votes to pass the state Senate.
