Vt. Lesbian Couple Fight DOMA, Deportation

Frances Herbert and Takako Ueda received a letter from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in December denying Ueda's request to remain in the country with her wife. The letter cites the so-called "Defense of Marriage Act."
