GLAADShe is smart and has been on her school's student council since grade one. At just 15 years old Brittany McMillan founded the anti-bullying initiative, Spirit Day, which became a national movement in support of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth, or LGBT. This global event inspires millions to wear purple each year in a stand against bullying. Brittany is being featured in Seventeen magazine's October issue.
