Supreme Court Announces Early Release of Marriage Equality Arguments

The Supreme Court announced on Tuesday that it would release same-day audio recordings of arguments in two same-sex marriage cases scheduled to be heard next week. The court last allowed same-day access to such recordings a year ago, when it heard three days of arguments over President Obama’s health care law.
