Solicitor General to Handle Probe of Ariz. Sheriff

The Arizona attorney's general office this week designated Solicitor General Dave Cole to lead the investigation into allegations that Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu abused his power. Babeu recently stepped down as co-chair of former Gov. Mitt Romney's (R-Mass.) presidential campaign after he was accused of threatening to deport his ex-boyfriend.
