Senate Panel Advances Openly Gay Judicial Nominee Despite Anti-LGBT Groups' Opposition

Today a Senate panel unanimously advanced Michael Walter Fitzgerald's nomination to the full Senate. FRCAction and the Traditional Values Coalition submitted letters to the Senate Judiciary Committee urging them to oppose the nomination of the openly gay nominee for U.S. District for the Central District of California.
