Prop 8 Repeal Cleared For Signature-Gathering

LGBT group Love Honor Cherish received clearance Friday to begin gathering signatures for a ballot initiative aiming to repeal Proposition 8. The group has until May 14 to collect 807,615 signatures required to qualify for the initiative.
