Panel Advances Maryland Marriage Equality Bill to Senate Floor

In a 7-4 vote, the Judicial Proceedings Committee has advanced Maryland's marriage equality bill to a full vote on the Senate floor. The bill passed the House on Friday in a tight 71-67 vote.

That vote could come later this week.
