Out Texas Judge, Tonya Parker, Won’t Perform Marriages For Straight Couples

Out lesbian Dallas County Judge Tonya Parker said Tuesday that she does not perform marriages for straight couples. Parker said, “I do not perform them because it is not an equal application of the law. Period."
