Orange County, Fla., Mayor Says She Still Doesn't Think Domestic-Partner Registry Is Needed

Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs on Monday said she is still evaluating a proposed domestic partner registry, but said she is still not convinced that the registry is needed.
