NY's Gillibrand Leads Way on LGBT-Inclusive Adoption Reform

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) has been advocating for the Every Child Deserves a Family Act, which would prohibit discrimination in adoption or foster care placements based on the orientation, gender identification, or marital status of any prospective adoptive or foster parent.
