NY Attorney General Says Marriage Equality Law Will Be Safe

New York state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman this week responded to a judge's ruling that a lawsuit challenging the state's marriage equality law can proceed. Schneiderman said he believes there is no danger that the law will be overturned.
