Ninth Circuit Says Prop 8 Tapes Should Not Be Released

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled today that video footage federal Proposition 8 should not be released. This decision reversed a previous one by U.S. District Court Judge James Ware.
