NH Rep Drops Marriage Amendment, Pushes on With Repeal Bill

New Hampshire state Rep. David Bates, who is the sponsor of a constitutional amendment aiming to ban marriage equality in New Hampshire, has decided not to pursue the measure next year because he wants to make room for a debate on a bill aiming to repeal the current marriage equality law.
