CBS has announced that Neil Patrick Harris ("How I Met Your Mother") will host the 65th Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday, Sept. 22, 2013. This will be Harris' second time hosting the Emmys -- the actor was in charge back in 2009 when the awards show was last on CBS. This will mark Harris' sixth time hosting a major awards show. In addition to the 2009 Emmys, the actor hosted the 63rd, 65th and 65th Tony Awards. He will return to that position for the 67th Tony Awards on June 9 of this year. The actor has more than his share of award nominations and wins as well. Harris has three Emmys -- one for his guest-starring role on "Glee" and two for hosting the Tonys -- plus multiple nominations for his "HIMYM" role of Barney Stinson.
