Mich. State Senate Drops "License to Bully" Bill, Adopts Tougher House Version

The Michigan state Senate on Tuesday adopted a more comprehensive version of an anti-bullying bill that was previously passed by the body. Critics of the original bill claimed it gave people a "license to bully." The new bill was already approved by the state House.
