Mich. House May Drop Controversial Language in Anti-Bullying Bill

Michigan state House Speaker Jase Bolger this week suggested that controversial language in an anti-bullying bill that some say provides a "license to bully" may be removed from the legislation. Bolger's spokesperson said, "There is concern that the language would provide an excuse for bullying. And as far as he's concerned, there is no excuse."
