An arrest was made Saturday in the murder of a member of the transgender community found dead in an Olmsted Township pond last month. But for people who knew and loved the victim, it is going to take a long time to heal. Fox 8 spoke with a member of the community who spent a long time with the victim. Officially identified by police as Carl Acoff, 20, most knew the person they love as Ce Ce Dove. “She was a ray of sunshine. She was really, really sweet; very, very positive; very pretty,” said Tracy Jones, CEO of the AIDS Task Force of Greater Cleveland.
